JOB OVERVIEWÂ
The Parts Program Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and participation in Kubota parts programs across dealer and internal audiences. This role serves as a key communication resource for parts program education, helping stakeholders understand program purpose, eligibility, enrollment steps, timelines, and business benefits. The position develops clear messaging, training support, and communication plans that improve adoption, strengthen dealer engagement, and support parts sales growth. This role also partners cross-functionally to ensure parts programs are communicated consistently, executed effectively, and continuously improved based on feedback and results.Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:Â
- Develops and delivers communication plans that increase awareness and understanding of Kubota parts programs among dealers and internal teams.
- Creates clear, accurate, and user-friendly program education materials, including announcements, guides, presentations, FAQs, and reference documents.
- Explains how parts programs work, who can participate, what actions are required, and what benefits are available to dealers and stakeholders.
- Supports program launches and ongoing promotions by coordinating messaging, timelines, and communication across departments.
- Partners with sales, marketing, training, and parts teams to ensure program information is consistent, timely, and easy to understand.
- Helps dealers navigate participation requirements, enrollment steps, deadlines, and available support resources.
- Builds awareness campaigns that encourage stronger dealer participation and reinforce the value of parts programs.
- Collects questions and feedback from dealers and internal teams to identify communication gaps and improve program clarity and effectiveness.
- Monitors participation trends and communication effectiveness and recommends improvements to increase engagement and program adoption.
- Maintains current program documentation and ensures materials reflect the latest program rules, processes, and benefits.
- Supports meetings, webinars, and training sessions related to parts program education and awareness.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of related experience required.
- With a degree, at least 3 years of related experience required.
- Experience in program communication, dealer support, training coordination, marketing support, or related business functions preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to educate others on processes, requirements, and benefits in a way that is easy to understand and act on.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with dealers, peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assignments and drive follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and locations.
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in communications and program documentation.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.Â

Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, to permit the employee to function in a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties as outlined above.Â
