Responsibilities
As a New Car Sales Experience Associate (SEA), this person will shadow and assist the Sales Experience Manager (SEM), while also learning the Avondale Sales Process (One Touch). The SEA will assist the SEM in the sales process by performing tasks essential to producing results, and ensuring an extraordinary client experience. The SEA will ‘graduate’ to the SEM position once the SEA’s eligibility has been determined.

Responsibilities:Â
Learn and implements the Avondale Sales Process (One Touch)
Learn and utilize Auto Alert to prospect for opportunities within SEM’s client base
Learn and conduct deliveries (including off-site deliveries)
Learn and perform product presentations
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the inventory and product including: technical specifications, exterior color options, interior trim options, optional and standard equipment and competitive advantages
Pull cars from inventory
Greet SEM’s clients when necessary
Assists with appraisal of trade-ins
Get cars ready for deliveries (which includes taking cars to make ready/prep center, cleaning, and filling gas)
Transport cars to offsite locations (including for dealer trades)
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
