RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Deliver a refined, personalized dining experience by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with bar, culinary team and support teams.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and menu offerings to confidently guide guest selections.
- Support service operations through side work and station preparation.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor at all times.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization and readiness of service areas at all times.
- Manage a high-volume section while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service quality.
- Support overall outlet operations and duties as directed by leadership.
- Execute proper sequence of service with attention to timing, presentation and detail.
- Respond to guest requests with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately in accordance with company policies. The check double-check for accuracy and have host sign it.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails with the ability to confidently describe and recommend offerings to guests.
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers and TABC license.

EXPERIENCE:
- Previous bartending or cocktail serving experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume environment.
