Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Grapevine location. This role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer
Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
Load and unload trucks and pallets
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, trash removal, organizing materials)
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments
Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Follow all company safety policies and properly use PPE

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to pass safety training, background check, and drug screening
Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Forklift certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and climb as needed
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Frequent use of hands for handling materials and equipment
Ability to safely mount and dismount forklifts and warehouse equipment
Work Environment
Work performed in a warehouse environment
Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and moving equipment
Regular interaction with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Required to follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
