Regular coaching and performance feedback from our Foremen and Superintendents help ensure you continue learning, improving, and advancing within the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of pool construction, from excavation and site preparation to final installations and winter cover setup.

• Support renovation projects, including demolition, replacement work, material handling, and jobsite preparation.

• Accurately record time and maintain daily project logs within JobTread.

• Safely operate company vehicles and, as experience grows, assist with operating company equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Coastal Pools professionally on every jobsite.

• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Hold or be able to attain a valid DOT medical card.
