What You’ll Own

Social Media Support

•  Create, schedule, and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

•  Engage with comments and direct messages in line with brand-voice guidelines.

•  Capture photos and short videos from job sites, completed projects, and community events.

•  Track and report social media engagement and growth metrics, sharing insights with the Director of Marketing to improve future content and campaigns.


Cross-Functional Partnership

•  Build strong working relationships with the local Sales, Service, Production, and Operations teams to understand business priorities and ensure marketing supports departmental goals.

•  Regularly communicate with department leaders to identify upcoming projects, completed work, customer success stories, promotions, and content opportunities.

•  Partner across departments to gather information, coordinate marketing requests, and ensure campaigns accurately reflect the customer experience and operational priorities.

•  Serve as a responsive marketing resource to help departments communicate their work while maintaining Coastal Pools' brand standards.


Content Planning

•  Partner with the Director of Marketing to plan content that supports Coastal Pools' strategic business priorities, seasonal campaigns, and growth initiatives.

•  Help maintain the marketing content calendar, ensuring content aligns with business goals across new construction, renovations, service, maintenance, hot tubs, outdoor living, and other key focus areas.

•  Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, customer stories, educational content, and community engagement opportunities that strengthen the Coastal Pools brand.


 Email & Campaign Execution

•  Build, schedule, and execute email campaigns in support of seasonal promotions, customer communications, events, and other marketing initiatives.

•  Coordinate campaign assets, links, lists, and timing to ensure accurate and on-time deployment.

•  Track engagement and performance, sharing results and observations with the Director of Marketing. 


Content Capture & Asset Library

•  Capture high-quality photos and short-form video of completed projects, before-and-after transformations, projects in progress, service work, team members, customer experiences, and community events.

•  Coordinate with professional photography and videography partners to plan and execute larger content shoots while identifying additional opportunities to maximize each session.

•  Build and maintain a well-organized library of marketing assets, ensuring photography and video are properly categorized and readily available for future campaigns, advertising, social media, sales collateral, and website updates.

•  Proactively identify opportunities to capture content that supports upcoming campaigns, seasonal priorities, and company growth initiatives, ensuring the marketing team always has the right visual assets available when needed.


Event Coordination

•  Support pool show, home show, and community-event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, swag.

•  Staff events as needed; serve as a friendly face of Coastal Pools.

•  Collect leads on-site and pass them into the lead tracking system.


Marketing Collateral

•  Maintain inventory of brochures, business cards, signage, swag, and other branded items.

•  Coordinate print and vendor orders for marketing materials.

•  Help design simple collateral in Canva or an equivalent tool, in line with brand guidelines.


Marketing Intelligence & Performance

•  Help maintain accurate lead-source attribution and marketing data within the CRM to ensure marketing performance can be measured with confidence.

•  Monitor marketing, website, social media, and lead performance dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

•  Coordinate the quarterly permit data collection process, maintaining county-specific reports and executive roll-up summaries with a high degree of accuracy to support market share analysis, strategic planning, and leadership decision-making.

•  Partner with the Director of Marketing to analyze campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend data-driven adjustments that strengthen marketing campaigns and results.


 Must-Have Skills & Abilities

• Strong writing & grammar — you can draft a social post, an email, or a blog with care.

• Social media platform fluency — you know the business tools on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Visual eye — you spot off-brand visuals, and you can create simple designs in Canva or similar.

• Organization & follow-through — you manage a calendar, deadlines, and event logistics.

• Customer-service mindset — you’re a friendly face for customers at events and in DMs.

• Software fluency — Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM tools.

 

 Preferred Qualifications

•  Business curiosity- takes an active interest in understanding how Coastal Pools operates and proactively seeks opportunities to better support Sales, Service, Production, and the overall customer experience through marketing. 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

•  1–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.

•  Experience with Meta Business Suite, Email Marketing Platforms, and CRM tools.

•  Photography and short-form video skills a strong plus.

•  Comfort with light design work in Canva or Adobe tools.

•  Valid driver’s license; willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
