We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations, oversee multiple construction projects, and develop the next generation of Foremen and Crew Leaders.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Coastal Pools' quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all phases of custom pool construction from excavation through project completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, labor budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Foremen, Crew Leaders, and field crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and internal departments to keep projects moving.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders using JobTread.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Operations to ensure successful project execution.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and enjoys building both projects and people.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices; pool construction experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate work across multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
• Experience managing labor productivity and project schedules.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation, scheduling, and project management.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pool construction experience.
• Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software.
• DOT Medical Card (preferred).
• OSHA certification or strong safety leadership experience.
