JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Licenses: Active California medical license
- DEA: Active DEA certification
- Experience: Minimum 100 gynecological surgical procedures in the past two years; completion of ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
- Cover emergency department consults for OB/GYN conditions.
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage (8a-8a) for the Family Birthing Center.
- Collaborate with anesthesiology, pediatrics, and surgical backup as needed.
- Manage patient admissions, rounding, and discharge for obstetric patients.
