POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator is responsible for accumulation of daily progress while monitoring productivity and shop efficiencies. The role supports Project Management with procurement, planning, and project personnel to aid construction.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret and develop drawings and specifications
  • Develop fabrication and erection sequences
  • Maintain safe and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information between PM’s and Field personnel 
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Monitor and maintain project progress and schedule
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company values
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Petroleum Technology, Engineering or related field
  • Some experience working within the Oil & Gas Industry preferred
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform advanced level mathematical skills
  • Experience in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to follow and relay detailed and complex instructions
  • For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
  • For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
