Dishwasher

• Operate an industrial dish machine and keep area clear of dirty dishes, pots and pans.

• Maintain cleanliness of the food preparation facility, including washing and disinfecting the kitchen area, tables, tools, dishes and floors.

• Clean all major kitchen equipment, including ovens, stovetops, grills, flat tops and deep fryer.

• Comply with established health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards.

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Restaurant experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
