Job Summary:

The Installation Project Manager will be responsible for the installation, coordination, and management of signage and décor installation in retail environments.

Job Description:

  • Project set up by reviewing project plans, documents, and timelines, ensuring all details available and aligned.
  • Coordinate with necessary trades aligning with budget.
  • Work with various teams to confirm site readiness and material deliveries.
  • Oversite and management of the crews installing wallpaper, vinyl and décor style graphics per plans (train when necessary).
  • Attend weekly meetings, site meetings, and progress walks per schedule/program.
  • Identify, document, communicate, and help to resolve any issues.
  • Ensuring Imagine standard of quality is being met.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and support growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • Flexibility to travel.

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Signage experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Calm and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-driven
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to understand and use miscellaneous apps/technology for job site reporting.
  • Good communication and people skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Walk/stand for prolonged periods of time when onsite.
  • Full range mobility in upper and lower body, be able to work in various positions, and move safely over uneven terrain or confined spaces.
  • Have appropriate visual, verbal, and hearing acuity to follow and give instructions, and respond to potential unsafe or dangerous situations.
  • Ability to drive or fly up to 8 hours to get to project locations.
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Travel: 30% travel per month
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull: 60 pounds as needed.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Imagine offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
