What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate haul trucks safely to transport materials throughout the quarry site
  • Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability
  • Follow established haul routes, traffic patterns, and site safety protocols
  • Communicate with dispatch, loaders, and team members to support efficient material movement
  • Report equipment issues and maintain cleanliness to support safe operations

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to safely operate heavy haul equipment in a quarry or similar environment
  • Strong focus on safety, awareness, and adherence to procedures
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a production setting
  • Mechanical awareness with the ability to identify and report concerns
  • Dependable and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
