What You'll Do:

• Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Assist in managing store operations, inventory, and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance and exceed sales targets.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions.

• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for technology and the wireless industry.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence.

• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
