Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation)
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and setup
  • Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in organization and setup of office events

 

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
