Real Estate Loan Officer

Clearwater Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Lender to join our team in Great Falls, Montana. In this role you’ll support members through every step of the home lending process, serving as a trusted resource for information while delivering exceptional service and guidance. You’ll play a key role in helping members achieve their homeownership goals while building strong relationships within the community. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within precise guidelines while exercising strong judgment and decision-making skills. You’ll collaborate closely with members, real estate professionals, and internal teams. 

Position Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work within standardized guidelines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have a reliable, team-oriented approach to work.
• Knowledge of conventional and government loans.
• Knowledge of real estate law and secondary market guidelines.
• Proven networking and business development experience.
• 1+ years of experience in home lending.
