Summary

Provide administrative support for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This position would support RCM and Provider Credentialing/Enrollment.

Description

  • Review and merge duplicate patient accounts in eCW in accordance with established merge policies
  • Validate patient demographics, insurance, and encounter history prior to merging
  • Ensure merges do not negatively impact claims, payments, or clinical documentation
  • Escalate complex or high-risk merges per established guidelines
  • Support multi-site consistency and data integrity across the organization

Qualifications

  • Must be highly responsive to requests, work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and with little to no error and apply critical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Must always handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with all staff.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and know how to prioritize work.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a must.

Compensation:

$20 - $25/hour
