Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the Spire network spans the Northeast with more than 165 physicians, 1,800 employees, 285 other clinical providers and 40 locations in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  What you’ll do:   Responsibilities/Duties:   Manage calls from patients requiring medical care and provide / gather information needed.  Take electronic messages and convey information to respective medical care providers.  Screen and transfer calls to the appropriate person/department.  Assign pending documents into a patient’s chart within the EMR system.  Provide excellent customer service.  Other duties as assigned by managers and leads.  QualificationsWho you are:  Qualifications:   High school Diploma or equivalent.  One year of medical experience.
