Johnson Truck Center, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Foreman at our location in Landover, MD. This individual will have experience as shop foreman. Being part of the Indel Power Group represents being a distributor/dealer for major brands such as Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Autocar, Crane Carrier, Detroit Diesel, Allison Transmission, Cummins, Caterpillar, mtu, and Volvo Penta to name a few. Joining our service team will provide you with a rewarding work environment, excellent pay and benefits, and an opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the growth and advancement of technicians, while maintaining and improving shop morale
• Strive for each repair to be completed on time and within estimated price
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
