Qualifications: Registered Nurse / RN License About Us: The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy Educates patients as necessary Ensures the patient care plan is implemented Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's Benefits: Health and Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k QualificationsValid RN license
