As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Competitive pay: $19.00–$29.69/hr Starting pay is based on values alignments (Professional and Friendly), leadership experience, technical ability, and overall fit for the role. Two pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones. This is a highly active, outdoor leadership role. You will: Stand for most of your shift Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bend, walk, climb, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs Work near moving equipment in a loud environment Perform hands-on operational and maintenance-related tasks Occasionally work at heights or around mechanical systems If you want a leadership role where you stay engaged, active, and connected to both your team and operations, this is it.
