Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Greeley, Colorado (Office-Based) Travel: Minimal Reports To: Makaila Carey The Role The Construction Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day operations within Tasman’s Construction Earthwork division. This role provides critical administrative and job cost support, assisting with billing, tracking project data, managing documentation, and supporting project lifecycle activities from startup through closeout. This position offers hands-on exposure to construction operations and job cost accounting, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate thrives in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining structure in a fast-paced setting. What You’ll Be Doing Administrative & Project Support Create and support monthly client billings Manage and track multiple project spreadsheets and data Communicate project data clearly and concisely to managers Generate job cost reports and assist with tracking budgets Accounting & Data Management Review and code accounts payable (AP) invoices Enter equipment units and project-related data into NetSuite Support cost control tracking and documentation accuracy Operational Support Assist with documentation distribution and project coordination Maintain organized project records and files Support project startup and closeout processes Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned What You Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in accounting, billing, or administrative roles (construction or related field preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to learn accounting and project management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong time management and task prioritization skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Experience in oil & gas industry Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field Work Environment This role operates in a professional office setting: Office Conditions: Regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment Collaboration with project managers and operations teams Physical Requirements: Sit, stand, walk, and use hands for standard office tasks Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Stand for periods of time and move within office environment Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs Daily schedule may vary depending on workload Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States Must possess a valid driver’s license Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (up to 4%) Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick time Company-sponsored paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Safety equipment provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Why Join Tasman?
