QualificationsWhat You’ll Do: As an intern with our True North team, you’ll be immersed in a 24/7 residential treatment facility, where your role will be pivotal. Your responsibilities may include.   Hands-on Training: Gain practical experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions.   Service Plan Development: Contribute to creating and monitoring service plans, documenting client interactions, and maintaining electronic clinical records.   Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatry professionals, to deliver integrated care.   Coordination: Learn to coordinate with both internal and external services to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.   What We’re Looking For:   Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a master’s level program relevant to the placement at an accredited institution.   Academic Standing: Be in good standing with your university or college.   Background Check: Successfully complete a background check, including fingerprinting and drug screening.   Additional Requirements:   Health Requirements:  Annual Flu vaccine and TB testing is required.   Why Choose Us: At North Range Behavioral Health, we offer more than just an internship; we provide a pathway to professional growth.
