 Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team! In this unique role, you’ll be cross-trained to support both clinical functions and nail technician services, playing an essential part in delivering a seamless patient experience.
You’ll work closely with providers and patients, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, this could be a great fit for you.
Travel Requirement: This role will travel between the Greeley and Longmont locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Gather patient information and document medical historiesÂ
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flowÂ
- Maintain accurate medical records and insurance documentationÂ
- Assist with patient intake, chart preparation, and follow-upsÂ
- Support providers during exams and proceduresÂ
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and instrumentsÂ
- Assist with nail care services as trainedÂ
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant preferredÂ
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and practice management systemsÂ
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyÂ
- Service-oriented mindset with strong social awarenessÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Highly organized with strong planning and attention to detailÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic patient management systemsÂ
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in nail technician services

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experienceÂ
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification preferredÂ
- Experience with EMR systems required; ModMed experience is a plusÂ
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training as a Nail Technician (training provided)
