Leprino Foods’ history dates back over 65 years, when Jim Leprino first started making small batches of mozzarella for local markets and eateries in the Little Italy neighborhood of Denver. The Greeley Team is seeking an Recruitment Lead to help us achieve our goals.

We Ask Of You To:

• Functional support to plant non-exempt recruitment process
• Assisting with general new employee onboarding duties
• Leads employee engagement teams
• Support HR sub functional-areas: Human Resource Information System, record-keeping and reporting, and benefit administration

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 

• High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience – or – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience. 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs. 
• Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing. 
• Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations. 
• Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
