JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Welder	Facility: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor	Date: August 2025

Summary

Under supervision, operates welding equipment and assist with general maintenance needs.

Welds/repairs trailers, roll-off containers and lugger containers.
Repairs shredder, conveyors and other machinery as needed.
May include fabrication duties.
Assists the maintenance department with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
Operates hydraulic cranes and other equipment as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Safety:

Wears all necessary PPE when working in the yard. Follows company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow standards, may result in loss of position.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED and technical degree are preferred but not required. Prior stick and wire welding experience required. Welding certification is a plus. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs and 100+lbs on 2-person lift.
