You will develop personalized patient care plans focused on pain relief, restoring function, and promoting healing.   Responsibilities include: Evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting Developing individualized treatment plans Maintaining compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements Providing direct supervision and communication with Physical Therapy Assistants and Clinical Directors Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care   A full job description is available upon request.   Employment Type & Compensation Full-Time – Exempt: $78,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Part-Time – Non-Exempt: $38.00 – $44.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $22,000, based on eligibility and employment status.   Schedule Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts Day shifts No weekends Typical clinic hours range from 7 am to 6 pm, depending on shift.
