What you’ll be doing:
- Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
- Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
- Periodically participate with all other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
- Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
- Responsible for initial assessment, plan of care maintenance program development and modifications and reassessments every 30 days.
- Consult with physicians regarding change in treatment.

Compensation and Schedule:
- $38-45Â per visit
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends as needed
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and /or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, -or-
- Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply
- Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
- One (1) year experience in Home Health preferred.
