What You’ll Do

Lead and execute residential electrical installations, upgrades, and project work
Oversee job sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
Guide and support apprentices and team members on installs
Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and updates
Coordinate with dispatch, management, and team members to ensure smooth project flow
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism

What You Bring

Strong experience in residential electrical installation work
Previous leadership or lead installer experience preferred
Ability to read plans, troubleshoot, and manage install projects
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Dependability, professionalism, and a high level of accountability

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and confined areas
Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
Work in varying weather conditions
Safely operate tools and equipment requiring manual dexterity
