What You'll Do As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers using our Bank in a Box platform. You'll help customers get the most out of our products through training, support, and relationship management.   Key Responsibilities Conduct online customer training through Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Respond to customer questions and provide outstanding support. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Tech Support, Marketing, and Accounting teams. Identify opportunities to provide additional value and solutions to customers. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.   What We're Looking For 4+ years of customer service, account management, or sales experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Comfortable working across multiple screens and systems. Detail-oriented with a technical mindset. Hardware and software troubleshooting experience is a plus.   Who Succeeds in This Role?
