You'll help onboard new customers, provide account support, assist with contracts and reporting, troubleshoot issues, conduct training, and ensure customers receive an exceptional service experience. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and training. Support customers with portal access, reporting, and product questions. Process account updates, contract changes, and service requests. Generate and analyze customer reports. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Promote additional products and services that help customers grow their business. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service, account management, technical support, or administrative experience preferred. B2B customer support experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) High School diploma or GED equivalency One (1) year of customer service experience Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills, including ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems Good written communication skills to include accuracy and relevant client information Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule/overtime, as needed Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-task work environment Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Core days/hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Weekend rotation schedule.) Evening hours are Monday through Friday until 8:00 pm.
