DeLeers Construction has a full time position available for an experienced Carpenter in our Maintenance Division. Maintenance Technicians enjoy variety in their work as they learn all aspects of carpentry and home repair. Tasks include wall patching (drywall/paint), roof patching, window replacements, siding, trim and finish carpentry work, pressure washing, and more. Maintenance technicians ride with an experienced crew lead to be mentored and learn the carpentry trade.

Maintenance technicians must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. and climb extension ladders, and have a valid drivers license that meets DeLeers Construction Safe Driver Standards. Ideal candidates will have some carpentry and home repair experience with the ability to read a tape measure.
