We're looking for a Hot Side Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys something different every day. From ovens and fryers to grills, steamers, and ranges—you'll be the expert keeping commercial kitchens cooking.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment.
  • Install new hot-side kitchen equipment for restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other food service facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to help customers avoid costly downtime.
  • Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Work independently while being supported by a great team.

What You Bring

  • Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment (or a strong mechanical/electrical background).
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical systems.
  • EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated attitude and a passion for fixing things.
