Job Description

As a Security Officer - Full Time in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access expectations, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and support traffic flow for deliveries, shipments, and personnel movement.
• Communicate with Allied Universal leadership and the client contact regarding operational concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy-related incidents that may impact daily site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
