KI is looking for a Software Developer to join our IT team!  The Software Developer will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting both internally developed websites and systems along with external software packages and applications used.  This individual will be part of a team that ensures that systems operate at optimal levels, interact with vendors to resolve issues, and collaborate with Business Analysts, users, and other developers to develop requested changes and new solutions that meet operational requirements. Experience with .net framework, web forms, MS SQL server, JavaScript, HTML4/HTML5, CSS3, Boot Strap, MVC, Entity Framework, and Optimizely or similar CMS experience is necessary. Familiarity with mobile development, JavaScript framework, responsive design, and object-oriented principles helpful.

Experience:

• Education and/or experience in website and application design, development, and support functions
• Experience in the following technologies: .NET, C#, javascript, React, Angular and Web Development Languages
• Experience applying technical solutions to business requirements
• Experience with database modeling and design, configuration and information management preferred
• SQL coding experience is a plus

Additional Information:

• Job duties include designing, coding, testing (unit, system, performance), debugging, implementing, documenting, and supporting systems through new development, enhancements, or third-party product implementation.
• Knowledge of web services and APIs connectivity
• Experience in estimating project effort for solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical staff
• Ability to identify problems and implement solutions with users
