A fantastic hospital near Green Forest, AR is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join its amazing team!

Pay starts at $24/hr and increases based on years of experience! 

The Social Worker Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call every other weekend 
  
• Setting: Home Health and Hospice 
  
• The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate resources for home health and hospice patients 
  

Social Worker Qualifications:

• LCSW or LMSW
  
• BLS required or must be eligible to obtain
