Description

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare foods needed for breakfast and lunch in accordance with established procedures and sanitary regulations.
Follow spread sheets and standardized menus.
Record all meal temperatures and equipment temperatures.
Maintain a neat, clean work environment.
Complete production as assigned by supervisor.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
Timely meal services.
Supervise dietary staff in supervisor’s absence.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
