Apartment Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike. You'll help keep our community running smoothly by:

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry issues
• Responding to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Preparing apartments for new residents through quality make-ready work
• Performing preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Working alongside fellow maintenance team members on larger projects and community improvements
• Participating in a rotating, compensated after-hours emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and provides excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates will have:

• 1–3+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems (EPA 608 Certification is a plus but not required)
• Experience with plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• The ability to prioritize work orders and manage daily responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's license

Additional Employment Information

As part of daily operations, technicians use a maintenance application on their personal smartphone to receive and complete work orders. While logged into the application during scheduled work hours, location services are used solely to assign work orders and support daily operations within the community.
