Production Control Supervisor (supporting NASA)

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics (AFFL) is seeking a Production Control Supervisor to support our work at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt MD. This role is in support of the Repair, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering (ROME) contract.

Description

Responsible for supervising incoming work request and work order generation in MAXIMO to include:

• Coordinating work with system owners
• Submitting UOTS requests as needed for work approval
• Scheduling and assigning work
• Reviewing work orders for completion
• Notifying customers or work order status
• Closing work orders in MAXIMO
• Reporting weekly, monthly and semi-annual activities by way of charts and graphs.

Qualifications / Experience

High school graduate or equivalent

5 years of experience supervising working in a service order/Work Control environment. 

Working knowledge of MS, especially Excel

Demonstrated ability and proficiency working with CMMS Maximo.
