Position: FULL-TIME CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (Video Teller)

Location: Greenbrier, Arkansas

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least six months of stellar customer service experience in a business-related environment is preferred.
• Skills: Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face), professional appearance, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
• Bonus Points: Prior banking and sales experience (preferred but not required).

Availability:

• Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 6:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., and Saturdays between 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Preferably live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch or be willing to relocate.
