Location: Greencastle, IN
Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Greencastle, IN. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to get started in the automotive manufacturing industry. No extensive manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components according to established procedures and quality standards
Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
Inspect parts and finished products for quality
Follow production, safety, and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality expectations
Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screening
