Location: Greencastle, IN
Pay: $13.50/hour + bonuses and incentives
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  

Job Summary
We are hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Greencastle, IN. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to get started in the automotive manufacturing industry. No extensive manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to established procedures and quality standards
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Follow production, safety, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screening
