We're looking for a IT Analyst II to join our Distribution IT team in Greencastle, PA. In this role, you'll collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and business partners to improve the systems and processes that support our warehouse and distribution operations. What You'll Do

As a IT Analyst II, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into technology solutions.

Business Analysis & Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

  • Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions.

Solution Delivery

  • Support software implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.

  • Participate in solution design to ensure business requirements align with enterprise architecture and operational needs.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing to validate solutions.

  • Assist with implementation planning and production deployments.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Investigate production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system incidents.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.

  • Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and distribution operations.

Training & Documentation

  • Create user documentation, process guides, and training materials.

  • Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for implemented solutions and future enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

  • SQL querying and relational databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)

  • Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Order Management systems

  • Supply chain or distribution operations

  • Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos

  • Integration technologies (XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or similar)

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software implementation projects

  • Warehouse automation technologies, including barcode scanners, printers, conveyors, or related equipment

  • IT support within warehouse or manufacturing environments
