Physical Therapist (PT) – Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a current PT license will not be considered.  

Position Details:

HTS is hiring a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven therapy team at a continuing care retirement community located near downtown Greencastle, Indiana. In this role, you’ll work with residents across all care levels to regain strength, independence, and confidence—all within a supportive, therapist-owned organization that values quality care and collaboration.

• Sign-On Bonus up to $15,000
• Flexible Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week
• Variety of Care Settings: Treat residents in short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, and assisted living

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
