What you'll do...
Business Execution & Project Leadership
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; demonstrating adaptability; and supporting continuous learning.
- Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying ideas for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
- Manages multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives; establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines; coordinating planning activities; assembling management plans; tracking changes; ensuring resolution of critical issues; managing governance of project plans; identifying and securing resources; monitoring budgets and costs; and delivering presentations, status reports, and project documentation to stakeholders.
Process, Content, & Program Management
- Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests; designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources; collaborating with teams to develop and implement intranet content; providing guidance on platform functionality, communication approaches, and content quality standards; ensuring alignment with content governance standards; auditing content; and adapting digital communication methods to resolve audit concerns.
- Manages processes and procedures for areas of responsibility by analyzing data to identify existing standards, processes, governance, and workflows; evaluating business components and performance baselines; identifying improvement opportunities; editing existing processes; developing improvement solutions; ensuring processes are simple, executable, and sustainable; aligning with cross‑functional teams; and communicating changes to drive stakeholder buy‑in.
- Manages behavior change and process improvement programs by evaluating and determining improvement needs; partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop operational strategies; providing guidance on company policies and procedures; ensuring proper controls, tools, and materials are available; monitoring performance against metrics; identifying post‑implementation issues; and developing and gaining alignment on resolutions.

- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team‑based work environment; establishing performance expectations; conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $116,000.00 – $174,000.00
- Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
