Job Description:

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

  • Annual Salary Pay: $70,000-$75,000 per year based on experience

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00am-06:00pm (must be flexible)

Summary

The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for  ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support
continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.


Essential Functions

  • Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
  • Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
  • Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Update SOP’s as required and review weekly cost.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team , Required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Preferred
  • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
  • Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred), Required
  • Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate, Required
  • Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate, Preferred

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
