Job Summary
The Strategic Customer Project Manager 4 (SCPM4) serves as a senior project delivery leader responsible for complex customer portfolios, organizational readiness, and team development. This role acts as the primary escalation point for Strategic CPMs, drives operational excellence through governance and continuous improvement, and builds organizational capability through coaching, onboarding, and training. The SCPM4 partners across the business to remove barriers, enhance delivery performance, and drive successful customer outcomes.Job Description
Team Leadership & DevelopmentÂ
Serve as the first-level escalation point for Strategic CPMs.Â
Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.Â
Conduct funnel reviews, portfolio reviews, and project deep dives to drive execution, customer outcomes, and revenue realization.Â
Facilitate team huddles, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice adoption.Â
Portfolio & Delivery LeadershipÂ
Oversee complex customer programs and high-impact initiatives across all advanced products.Â
Support resolution of delivery risks, customer concerns, and operational challenges through critical thinking and sound business judgment.Â
Provide SCPM3 support and after-hours coverage as business needs require.Â
Process Excellence & GovernanceÂ
Own and maintain training materials, process documentation, and delivery standards.Â
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, governance reviews, and process compliance efforts.Â
Identify systemic challenges and implement scalable solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience.Â
Cross-Functional LeadershipÂ
Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, tiger teams, and strategic initiatives.Â
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and remove barriers.Â
Influence decision-making and drive resolution of complex escalations without direct authority.Â
Reporting & Business SupportÂ
Develop operational reporting and insights to support business decisions.Â
Monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend opportunities to improve team and organizational performance.Â
QualificationsÂ
Subject Matter Expert in Comcast Business advanced products and service delivery.Â
Proven success leading complex projects, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives.Â
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.Â
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Â
Proven ability to influence outcomes, build strategic partnerships, and drive continuous improvement.Â
