The Role:Â
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality Engineer who brings strong decision-making and technical expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to evaluate and resolve technical problems while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:Â
- Use extensive technical skills, expertise, and knowledge of quality techniques as applied to electro-mechanical assemblies, fabrication, welding techniques, harnesses and cables, and formulated materials. Â
- Develop processes/procedures for Quality Management systemsÂ
- Evaluate technical quality issues and develop solutions with documentation providedÂ
- Understand manufacturing processes with expertise in electronics, electronic assemblies, harnesses, mechanical assemblies as well as fabricated, machined, and welded partsÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally.Â
- Be a key member of the team in completion and resolution of large, consequential quality system projects.Â
- Be knowledgeable in quality assurance for software development pertaining to embedded systems, and telematics.Â
- You’ll be the go-to for quality assurance for alternate energy storage systems and auto-guided vehicles.Â
Â
What We’re Looking For:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable engineering field, computer science, or professional license
Â
What Sets You Apart:Â
- Previous quality engineering or related experience
- Ability to interpret GD&T engineering drawingsÂ
- Knowledge of quality systems used in manufacturing environments or software developmentÂ
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Access, MS ProjectÂ
- Experience with Toyota Production SystemsÂ
- Experience with Part Production Approval ProcessÂ
- Understanding of lean techniques and continuous improvement

This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.Â
Travel is required approximately 25% of the time – domestic and international.Â

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Â

Salary - $64,440 - $106,800 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.Â
