Join our Team as a Technical Sales Support Project Manager!

 

The Role:

The National Accounts Technical Sales Support Project Manager assists in the planning, tracking, and execution of assigned National Account technical sales projects. Working closely with the Technical Sales and National Accounts Sales Operations teams, this role supports communication, documentation, and milestone tracking to ensure the successful delivery of a broad range of technical related initiatives. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects tied to National Accounts with limited supervision.
  • Track tasks, document timelines, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources across Engineering, Manufacturing, Product/Customer Support, and Sales.
  • Assist with compiling data and reports for status update meetings and presentations.
  • Support issue resolution and escalate problems to appropriate team members.
  • Develop project documentation including plans, timelines, and issue logs.
  • Support efforts to continuously improve project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Review and follow the published standard work documentation.
  • Actively contribute to Lean Management activities, including kaizen submission and defect tracking

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field technical/business field is preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in technical project management, engineering support, or cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while learning technical project standards.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Salary - $73,840 - $84,255 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
