Job DetailsJob Location: Greeneville TN - Greeneville, TN 37743Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: 2nd ShiftEssential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to: Production lead may fill in for supervisor during their absence Knowledgeable and capable of the speed and efficiency necessary to complete all work in a timely manner Lead person will direct activities and train other departmental employees, as well as assist with new hires Possess full knowledge and hands-on skill to perform all work within the assigned department Experience in metal fabrication, breaking, and machine operation. Segregate usable metal and wood pieces, storage and reuse Ensure all parts are assembled in compliance with quality standards Contributes to 6S process (Sort, Shine, Straighten, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) Cross trains with other departments Complies with EHS policies All other duties as assigned QualificationsPhysical Effort/requirements: Display the ability to safely handle all panels and parts used in assembly Display the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Display the ability to climb a ladder Display a full range of physical motion Ability to stand for extended periods of time with periodic break periods Ability to work safely around heavy equipment mechanical devices Recommended Training/Education High School Diploma or GED Skillsets in Communication, Leadership, and Manufacturing
