Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Deploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support printers, scanners, and other office technology.
- Assist with user onboarding, equipment setup, and account-related requests.
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service to end users.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of IT support, technical, or customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and printers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, or endpoint management tools.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work under desks, in wiring closets, and around IT equipment as needed.
